Please note, we are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice the shipping address provided at check-out was incorrect, please reply back to your order confirmation email of receipt with any corrections. However, once your order has shipped, adjustments can no longer be made.
All orders come with first class tracking from our shipping provider. Once your shipment has left Our Darling HQ, we will not be responsible for shipping issues such as, but not limited to- Theft, change of address, wrong address submitted to shopify, or mishandled goods by shipping provider. These will all need to be taken up with the said shipping provider. We will help as much as we can in such situations.
We are also not responsible for any packages returned back to us as a result of past due pick-ups from your local post office. Please check the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email for updates on the whereabouts of your order.
